A large, cast iron, folding lever switch stand with a round red day target mounted on a square pole. The unit shows old black paint and is in good condition. There are some casting pattern numbers cast in. There is a newer KELINE switch lock with chain affixed that is stamped "BN INC" on the reverse. The keyhole door is functioning properly but is sprung.
