Description

SST. Maker Marked "AM 12-49." A nice example of this single sided embossed tin sign from Atlas Tires and Batteries featuring good color and nicely embossed lettering. CONDITION: The field of this sign has nice gloss, with surface scratches and areas of discoloration throughout. The embossed lettering shows areas of paint loss, oxidation, and wear. The worst areas are a longer vertical scratch in the top right corner, and, paint loss and rust in the "S" of "ATLAS." The mounting holes show wear and wallowing from the sign being hung in the past. The embossed border shows paint loss and metal bending and warping. A well displaying and survivor piece. This is not a standard shippable item and will require 3rd party shipping or pickup arrangements to be made. Condition: (SCORE 81). Dimensions: 71.5" X 17.5".
