Antique 1890s Victorian dark green chartreuse velvet winter cape with tufted interior. Heavily beaded embroidered glass throughout. Label: Hutzler Bros. Baltimore. Measures: SIze S 32" bust, 26" waist, front 30" total length with panels.

Condition

Very good, nicely kept. Loss of beads and others are loose and can fall of while being handled. Needs some mending.
