Native American, Southwestern United States, Navajo, ca. mid-20th century CE. A sterling silver bolo pendant boasting a floral design with turquoise-hued enamel and silver rope motif borders. The lovely pendant is strung on a braided leather rope with conical silver terminals and dangling floral pendants with additional enamel inlays. All 3 pendants are stamped "GM" on their versos, possibly for Navajo silversmith Gerald Mitchell. Size of strand: 44.5" L (113 cm); of pendant: 2.75" W x 3" H (7 cm x 7.6 cm); silver quality: 93.4 to 94%
