Carl Sande (American, 20th C.) Art Pottery, Signed Size: 4.5'' x 14'' x 14'' (11 x 36 x 36 cm). Provenance: The Robert L. Pfannebecker Collection. Artist Biography: Carl Sande was born in Milwaukee and attended the State University of Iowa where he served as a graduate assistant in the Art Department. He has also taught at Waldorf Junior College at Forest City. He has a degree from Concordia College, Moorhead, Minnesota. In Canada, Sande was an instructor with the Edmonton Potters' Guild in Edmondton, Alberta.
