Description
Presented for you is an A-1 Beer and a Pearl Beer advertising print. "The Cowboy's Dream", by Lon Megargee, was commissioned by the Arizona Brewing Company to advertise A-1 Beer. It was acclaimed as one of the finest pieces of multicolored lithography ever introduced into the field of beer advertising. This original piece of advertising art is outstanding in its depiction of an exhausted cowboy stretched out under a cloud of a lady on a horse with the brand A-1. The other sign advertises Pearl Lager Beer, which was produced by the Pearl Brewing Company in San Antonio, Texas. The scene depicted is of a saloon with a trial taking place. Judge Roy Bean was a saloon keeper and a justice of the peace who claimed to be "The Only Law West of the Pecos." and he held court in his saloon. Both of these advertising signs would be a great addition to any beer collection! Make a bid now.
