Vintage Limited Ed. Nutcracker Barbie Musical Ballerina Doll, 1991 (Barbie 5472-9993). Second Doll in the Series of Barbie Musical Ballerina Dolls. Mint Condition, NRFB.

This collectible Barbie Doll wears the costume of the beautiful Sugar Plum Fairy in the Nutcracker Ballet. She is queen of the fairies and directs and stars in many of the dances for young Clara. Her costume is a shimmering pink, plum and purple petal skirt with silver sequined bodice and fairy wings. She wears her hair back with a silver crown of flowers and jewels. Her tights are iridescent pink and capture the glamours of the footlights as she performs on center stage.

This Mattel Barbie comes with a wind-up music box that plays "Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy" from the Nutcracker ballet. Nutcracker Barbie rotates / pirouettes on the music box as the music plays.
