The binding is tight and the pages, text, illustrations and photos are very clean, with just a small tear at the crown and near the heel of the dustjacket, and the slipcase has specks of rubbing in the corners. ?The China Trade? measures 11 x 8 3/4 in. wide and also is in very good condition, with a tight binding, clean pages, text, and photos, and just hints of rubbing at the base of the spine of the book, a half-inch tear at the crown and mild creases at the heel of the dust jacket and that?s it, and ?The Last Dalai Lama?? measures 12 1/4 x 9 3/4 in. wide and is in pristine condition: the seal has never been opened and has preserved the book in beautiful condition.
