Framed Prattware Painted Puzzle Pipe Triple coiled form, with serpentining designs to center, and loops issuing mouthpiece to one side, and pipe bowl to the other side. Painted in shades of red, green, blue, ocher and brown with foliate and dot designs, and the pipe bowl low molded with a Bacchic putto. Mounted onto a shadowbox frame. Staffordshire, England. Circa 1790-1820. {Approximate dimensions: 12" H. x 15" W. x 2 5/8" D., the shadowbox.}. Condition: Not examined out of frame, but the pipe appears to be in very good order. The shadowbox with minor nicks and scratches.
