Featured in this lot is this English cavalry "Never Rust" snaffle bit circa 1910. The bit features a classic cavalry snaffle design with pegged O-rings and includes a shin strap complete with a full chain. The bit is marked "Never Rust" and "Made in England." The condition of this bit is well preserved with a slight patina adorning the bit but no oxidation and some slight wear to the chin strap. The measurements of this cavalry bit is 8 1/4" x 5 3/8" x 3/4". The collective weight of this cavalry bit is 8oz.
