A fine Precision Rolex 18k gold watch from 1953. Cased by Rolex (stamped internally and with with serial Rolex number). Integral 18k gold and diamonds bracelet punched CB for Carl Bucherer. Carl Bucherer was Rolex's manufacturer for high-end jewelry enhancements to their watches. Hinged dial concealer decorated with 12 full cut round diamonds. Mesh style bracelet also has diamond sets at the watch head junctions. Case diameter not including crown is approximately 15 mm. This watch fits from 5 1/2" to 6" wrist. Perfect looking dial and perfect looking movement. Runs and keeps time though not tested to COSC standards. Weight not including crown and movement is 26.3 grams. A very rare and beautiful piece.
