VICTORIAN OPALESCENT THREADED AND SWIRLED OPEN SALT IN STAND, colorless with applied cranberry thread and opalescent swirls, applied colorless medial rigaree and lower prunt, fitted into an "EPNS" stand, comes with spoon. Maker unverified. Late 19th/early 20th century. 2 1/4" HOA in stand.
