American Carved Oak Writing Table
late 19th century, in the manner of R. J. Horner, the canted rectangular top with a deep foliate relief-carved band, above a conforming like-carved frieze fitted with a drawer and a faux drawer to each side, raised on cabriole legs headed by carved "Green Man" capitals, joined by a like-carved concave stretcher shelf and ending in paw feet.
