VICTORIAN GRIFFINS / DRAGONS ACID-ETCHED GLASS KEROSENE GONE WITH THE WIND / PARLOR LAMP, opaque white to yellow font vase with griffins or dragons with foliate scrolling behind each, brass drop-in font, large cast-metal base with medallion motif. Fitted with a period slip burner with appropriate flame spreader. Topped with a later opaque white ball shade. Maker unverified. Late 19th/early 20th century. 29 7/8" HOA to top of shade, 19" H to top of shade ring, 7" SQ base.
Condition
Glass undamaged with the font tank having some denting, some splits to the burner; finish completely worn of the foot.
