It's an early Hamilton watch and Hamilton was one of the first companies to make pocket watches in the early 1800s and transitioned to wristwatches in the 1900s. This watch is one of the earliest wristwatches they produced likely from the 1920s. It's entirely made of gold and has a special engraving on the back from 1926 indicating it was a gift for someone's 25 years of service. The watch has a unique octagonal cushion shape with gold accents large Arabic numbers and hands and it's in excellent condition. It still has the original Hamilton movement.
