A patinated bronzed metal sculpture after Jean de Roncourt (fl. circa 1920s and 1930s). Titled, "The Hunter." A figural Art Deco work featuring a kneeling youthful male figure clad in a fur loin cover and holding a spear. Bears artist name on marble base. Presented with a carved butterscotch marble base. Figure measures approximately 13.5" x 21" x 7.5". Base measures approximately 2" x 21.5" x 6.75". Spear measures approximately 21" long.
Dimensions: 21 X 21.5 X 7.5 in.
Condition: Good overall condition having normal to mild surface wear and patina. Base having mild to moderate wear with evidence of adhesive residue throughout from prior restoration. Estate fresh to the market.
