Lot of Vintage Boxing Memorabilia: Marciano, Louis, Braddock, Baer & Jofre. Rocky Marciano (1923-1969) Rocco Francis Marchegiano, better known as Rocky Marciano, was an American professional boxer who competed from 1947 to 1955, and held the world heavyweight title from 1952 to 1956. He is currently the only heavyweight champion to finish his career undefeated. Black & White newsprint with card signed autograph in frame. Joe Louis (1914-1981) Joseph Louis Barrow was an American professional boxer who competed from 1934 to 1951. Nicknamed "the Brown Bomber", Louis is widely regarded as one of the greatest and most influential boxers of all time. He reigned as the world heavyweight champion from 1937 until his temporary retirement in 1949. Black & White photo newsprint with card with signed autograph. Jimmy Braddock (1905-1974) James Walter Braddock was an American boxer who was the world heavyweight champion from 1935 to 1937. Fighting under the name James J. Braddock, Braddock was known for his spoiling, counterpunching style, powerful right hand, and his iron chin. Black & White Heavyweights newsprint with autographed piece of paper framed. Max Baer (1909-1959) Maximilian Adelbert Baer was an American professional boxer and the world heavyweight champion from June 14, 1934, to June 13, 1935. He was known in his time as the Livermore Larupper and Madcap Maxie. Two of his fights were rated Fight of the Year by The Ring magazine. Framed black & white newsprint photos, personal autographed piece of paper " Dante your pal Max Baer 1954 or 1959". Eder Jofre (1936-1986) Eder Jofre was a Brazilian professional boxer and architect who was both bantamweight and featherweight world champion. He is considered by many to be the greatest bantamweight boxer of all time. Lot has 1 black & white signed 8x10 photo. There are no COA, or paperwork on signatures.
