Description

This is a Manitou and Pikes Peak Railway station clock. It is being relisted in this sale because this is one of the rare instances where we had to block a bidder for failure to pay, ship, or pick up their item. Originally from the Manitou Springs, Colorado station of the Pikes Peak Incline Railway. Manufactured by the Waterbury Clock Company in Waterbury, CT. The clock still has its directions for operation on the backside! Excellent face with the railroad name and the 1889 founding date, as well as the manufacturers logo. Comes with pendulum and key. Tested and runs, but sold as-is. We recommend that all clocks be serviced before being wound or used. All clocks require third party shipping or pick up by the buyer. We are happy to communicate with your shipper! We do not recommend shipping clocks by UPS, USPS, or Fed Ex because of the fragile nature of the valuable glass and logos on the front of the clocks, as past experience shows how these three firms handle these items!
