While the book does not have a date on it or copyright, it features a photo of the new Elms Motel, which opened in 1912. Has 32 pages, including the covers, which have slight tears/frays. Nice colored cover, and the back cover features information about the CMSTP on the inside, and the Wabash on the outside. Many photos and descriptions of the town and its features inside. Nice rare piece!
