01.08.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 1640: I note that all chairs are presently intact and structurally sound, all are in need of new upholstery, as the current exhibits signs of a deteriorating cushion padding, and most display varying degrees of staining, I observe discoloration and paint loss of the frames, particularly at the top edge of seat back, as well as surface wear including smooth, minor old chips and abrasions, additionally there is patination of the nail head trim
