Ca. AD 100.
A terracotta oil lamp of the Loeschcke IV type featuring a round body and a recessed discus detailed with a dog facing left. The animal features a raised tail, open mouth, visible teeth, and elaborately rendered fur. The discus is surrounded by a single beak, flanked by ornate volutes.
