European, German, Austrian or Czech Neo-Classical style covered porcelain urn. Featuring three beautiful Sphinx figures in matte unglazed white porcelain, with the urn, lid and base of glazed white porcelain.

Signed on the bottom with two unidentified marks (see photos). Art Nouveau - Art Deco transitional style. Circa 1910-1930.

Height (lid in place): 9" (22.5 cm)

Diameter (base): 4 1/4" (11 cm)

PROVENANCE: Hollywood, CA estate.

CONDITION: Excellent condition. No damage. Light wear to foot.
