Antique handmade Mughal style jewelry or trinket hinged lidded box, hand chased and repousse floral decorations, ruby glass drop on top, silver-copper alloy, velvet inside, India, probably late 19th - early 20th century, unmarked.

The box is 5" [12.7cm] tall including lid; c.1.3/4" [4.5cm] deep without lid, 5" [12.7cm] across. There is a bordeaux red color velvet inside [velvet wear especially on the bottom]; the box shows some patina, very good condition.
