Large English vellum indenture dated 1735 during the reign of George II being the conveyance of property in East Drayton in Nottingham by the Flower family. Blue revenue stamps and tax stamp, SIX red wax seals on cloth tags, and signatures. Fine condition, short split at top of document. Measures 27 x 17".
