Description
A Chinese Bronze Tara figure, dating from the 17th century. A four armed tara seated with crossed legs on a high lotus platform, with front two arms in front with hands in prayer, and rear two arms holding auspicious objects. She wears an ornate headdress. A metal panel covers the base with an incised lotus.
