Original box contains 8.5" long battery-operated hand made in Japan by Cragstan Industries Inc., 1960s. Box lid features great image of Frankenstein Monster reaching towards viewer and this is rare box version w/illustration of boy at lower right w/word balloon reading "It Will Kill You," This was demmed offensive and was not present on later versions of the toy. The box has a seam tear on lover right corner, but is very nice overall. The tin battery operated hand was designed with thin rubber, that is always found in distressed condition. This example has a lot of intact rubber skin. The pinky and thumb are present but de-tached. The fabric cuff is present as is the ring. The battery box is clean, but due to the condition of the rubber it is untested. This is an extremely rare Monster toy that does not appear on the market often. Due to construction of this toy it is sold AS-IS.
