Lionel postwar O 2254W Congressional set with original boxes but no set box. Set consists of Tuscan 5-stripe 2340 GG-1 electric locomotive with heavy run time and faded stripes, C7-. Also 2542 Betsy Ross vista dome that is C6+, 2543 William Penn and 2544 Molly Pitcher Pullman and 2541 Alexander Hamilton observation cars with light run time that are C7. These come with an excellent GG-1 box and good to very good passenger car boxes with two sheets of nice crisp Lionel wrap as seen in the photos.
