Vintage general lee headquarters souvenir brooch, silver tone. This is part of the gettysburg historical civil war site, tours, museum, and grounds. This has two parts - the headquarters building and a chain attached to a bust of general lee. Silver tone - likely a souvenir brooch. The building is appx. 5/8" tall and 3/4" wide with a 2" chain length attached to a bust of general lee. The clasps are both c-clasp. Age is estimated at 1950's or earlier. It does have some wear and finish chain but a better cleaning would brighten some of this. Not signed by themaker. (inv. W2820. 1 ss6133 az ld 12/12/21).
