Williams & Pace Ornate 1800's Brass Railroad Passenger Car Chandelier Ornate brass Williams & Pace chandelier / passenger car ceiling lamp. The lamp is embossed on the side of the fuel pot with Williams & Pace Boston. The last patent date is January 2, 1874. The lamp was converted to electric operation. The body does not appear to have had any detrimental modifications made to accomplish this, but please review the photos to determine what it would take to bring this lamp back to its original configuration. The milk glass shade slightly undersized for the top but does fit the ring. The shade is in good condition with no notable issues. The consignor states that this light came from an East Broad Top passenger car, while it is unmarked, we have no reason to doubt this is the case. The lamp measures 15" tall, 18 1/2" wide.
