A scarce printing of the Mabel Lucie Atwell illustrated edition of the classic childrens novel, “Peter Pan and Wendy.” Written by J.M. Barrie, the novel tells the story of a young girl named Wendy Darling who, along with her brothers, is whisked away to Neverland by the mischievous Peter Pan. In Neverland, they encounter a variety of colorful characters, including the Lost Boys, the villainous Captain Hook and his crew, and the friendly mermaids. The story explores themes of childhood, imagination, and the struggle to grow up. It has been adapted into numerous stage plays, films, and other media and remains a beloved classic of childrens literature.
