Eight Barrel-form Silver Plate Napkin Rings, America, late 19th century. 1-4. Four unmarked napkin rings on stick bases. 5. Napkin ring raised on trestle base impressed with mark of Pairpont Mfg. Co. (New Bedford, Massachusetts, 1880-1900), no. 26. 6. One barrel keg mounted on arched stick and leaf base, impressed with mark of Meriden Britannia Co. (Meriden, Connecticut, 1852-98), no. 625. 7. Barrel keg carried by cast figures of woodsmen in tandem, mounted to rectangular base with ovolo ends, impressed with mark of Simpson, Hall, Miller & Co. (Wallingford, Connecticut, 1866-98), no. 016 or 910. 8. Sailor figure raising hat holding wire rope in left hand roped around a barrel napkin holder on pedestal base mounted to stepped plinth, impressed with mark of Derby Silver Co.
