Fully bordered scene from a larger piece, likely depicting a town crier reading an order commanding payments from a list of tax delinquents.

lot 11: largely intact, retaining nice saturation to color palette; overall with scattered mends throughout to former losses or separations at seams, some mends more discrete than others; nicely bordered and backed with contemporary fabric for clean display- the top back edge with velcro strip for hanging
