Please review ALL posted lot photos as they constitute part of the description; most lots have condition information included but that information is not guaranteed complete and absence of condition information does not guarantee good condition. There are no returns or refunds based on condition.

All invoices are due within SEVEN days and disputes for non-payment are filed promptly after TEN days. 

THIS IS SHIPPERS' BUSIEST TIME OF YEAR! Please start making arrangements and obtaining estimates early. Please also note that shipping times will be longer than normal.

All purchased items must be picked up by 3pm EST on Friday, January 5, 2024. Any lots remaining after that date will be moved to storage and a $50 per lot transfer fee will be charged and storage fees will begin to accrue immediately. Appointments for pickups are required to be made at least 24 hours in advance. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS. Items in this sale are in two locations; therefore you are advised to allow extra time for pickup. There is no assistance available for large or heavy items.
