11.28.23, 9:45 am: In my opinion regarding LOT 800: I note that the cabinet is presently intact and structurally sturdy, formerly a bookcase, it was converted to a gun display and retains original interior shelving rails (without shelves), the beveled glass panel is intact, and there are minor chips to carved elements, including a small area of loss to one of the front feet (non-integral to stability), I observe some minor visible seams/splits, and minor typical surface wear such as light abrasions, rubs/tonal variations, and scuffs
