11.29.23, 9:54 am: In my opinion regarding LOT 077: I note that both chairs are presently intact and structurally sturdy, one chair exhibits an abrasion with surface-level lifting of the leather on the inside of one armrest, and a small area of tearing/lifting to the piping located at the top edge of the verso, the other chair has a minor area of leather seam separation, and both display light water spotting and discoloration, particularly some fading at the top edge, and typical surface wear such as abrasions and scuffs
