12.8.23-In my opinion regarding: LOT – 075- the structure is sturdy, the marble top does have some typical small/minute chips along the edges, and few small possibly filled areas, I have taken images for your review, the wood case is sturdy with drawers and doors operating correctly, I note some typical light wood wear, nicks and tonal variation to the case commensurate with age and use, drawer bottoms and interior shelves are lined
