With shaped C-scroll border divided by putti masks above a fluted body centering a presentation cartouche engraved and dated "1899-1900". With grotesque masks suspending ring handles on flaring base. Vermeil wash overall. Height 9", diameter 16". Total weight 146 troy ounces.

Condition

Several small dents to bottom of bowl.
