C. 1915. In protective sleeve. With original 1915 envelope (Oct. 2). Posmarked Leominster, Mass and addressed to Mr. Robert M. Lynch 108 Maple St. Springfield, Mass. What was sent in the envelope is also framed. Dated Sept. 6, 1915. A note, "Bob" You'll never guess who we met last month while dining out. My youngest son had to impose on him for his autograph for you of course. The signature of Babe Ruth obtained in the restaurant that night is bold and in black fountain pen ink.
