Offered here for your consideration are old man and young man bronze medallions by Charles M. Russell. The medallions display the faces of a young and of an old Native American in relief. The plaques have been mounted for display on a nicely made wooden box.
MAKER: Charles Marion Russell (American) 1864-1926. Original medallions made in 1898. Abercrombie & Fitch was exclusive seller of later castings from 1920s to 1960s.
APPROX AGE: Vintage (meaning somewhere between 1930s to 1970s).
SIZE: 9 1/2 inches wide x 8 inches deep x 7 1/2 inches tall.
CONDITION: Average to good for their age, normal wear and minor imperfections expected. Please look closely at the pictures as they are an important part of our description and are hereby incorporated into the description, specifically with regards to condition.
