Dimensions: Height: 17cm, Diam: 20.2cm

Chinese Qing Dynasty Period, blue and white crane & deer porcelain brush pot. Potted in brush holder shape, cylindrical straight body, thick potted, deep curvature, round opening lip, raised on flat round foot base. This porcelain in blue and white fine color, is an excellent object on exterior two deer's on the field surrounded rocky hill, dense tree, vapors and flying cranes. A characteristic heaped and piled effect, the under glaze grayish-blue concentrates in certain areas, bubbling through the surface of the glaze and turning a deep blue-black. This inadvertently gave texture, energy, and shading to the design.

The underside unglazed, revealed the pale-creme ground revealed and dark grayish brown spotted firing marks and edge-cut foot rim.
