ANTIQUARIAN SHAKESPEARE EIGHT-VOLUME SET, George Stevens, editor, The Plays of William Shakespeare, Accurately Printed from the Text of the Corrected Copy Left by the Late George Stevens, Esq., with Glossarial Notes and a Sketch of the Life of Shakespeare. In Eight Volumes, Boston: Phillips, Sampson, & Co., 1852. Bound in half leather over marbled boards, with four raised bands, an acorn motif, and gilt-stamped title and volume numbers on spines. Each volume with a bookplate signed "Wm. K. Woodwell" inside front cover.

Condition
Overall good to very good condition with some wear, cracking, and staining to covers and spines. Several interior pages with folded corners, but mostly bright with little toning.
