Description
STRASBURG, SHENANDOAH VALLEY OF VIRGINIA POLYCHROME-DECORATED EARTHENWARE / REDWARE CREAMER / PITCHER, lead-, copper-, and manganese-glazed over a slip wash, ovoid form with a flaring rim, lightly beaded neck ring, and applied strap handle. Probably Jacob Eberly (1830-1908) and Daniel Letcher Eberly (1859-1919) or S. Bell & Son (active 1882-1915), Strasburg, VA. Fourth quarter 19th/early 20th century. 5 1/8" HOA, 4" D rim.

Condition
Very good condition, except having three chips to foot, one with associated minor hairline, and some scattered glaze loss to rim.
