Victorian Country Store Circular Display Case

Item Details

Description

Cylindrical display case, made by the Crystal Display Case Co. Alliance, O. USA. Pat May 14 '89, Jan 5, '97, Jan 23, 1900. Iron pedestal base, with a cylindrical upper case of oak and glass with a sliding door. Outer oak rail turns the rotary shelves within. The top features a copper flashed metal crest (one section is broken on the end). Approx. 75" tall and 28" in diameter at the rail.

Condition

Good to very good used condition- no cracks to the curved glass sections, and the shelves rotate freely. There is a break to one of the crest rail sections, which has been temporarily secured with wire. Even this temporary repair is not that noticeable. See photos.
