A heavily potted red glazed globular vase. A large globular form over a wide base, which tapers to a straight and thick neck. A dark, rich, shiny red glaze covers the body, except for a white band of glaze at the rim and on the recessed base. Signed with sic character stamp within double circle, with a hole in base.
