Jordan Meinster, American, 1935-2013, Barabbas, O/C, signed and titled en verso along stretcher. Note: Meinster was raised in Philadelphia and had lived in he lived in both Spain and Mexico, it was in Mexico where he was heavily influenced by the Catholic imagery of the region. The artist also owned Gallery West Indies in Charleston South Carolina in the 1980s and early 90s.
