Description

Arman (Armand Fernandez) (French American, 1928-2005). A limited edition mixed media sculpture. Violin, resin, and other elements. Titled, "Accumulation de Violons" ("Accumulated Violins"). A Modern Art assemblage featuring a burnt and dissected violin encased in resin. Artist etched signature and edition number 41 of 100 at bottom right and left corners. Presented in an acrylic shadowbox frame.

Dimensions: 27.75 X 16 X 3 in.

Condition: Fair overall condition, having moderate to heavy internal wear, toning, and craquelure, with loose elements. Storage wear and age scratching to lucite shadow box, with remnants of stickers and labels from previous gallery and or auction. Please bid accordingly. Estate fresh to the market.
