Provenance: The Walter and Donna Conn Estate; located within the desirable estate enclave of San Marino. Designed by the renowned architect Roland E. Coate in 1929, and built for a member of the Keck family, the gated Colonial Revival home graces over an acre of meticulously manicured park-like grounds. Formerly the USC Presidential Mansion.
