Likely a Regency mid 19th century example. Having been very nicely crafted with a raised back gallery housing well functioning tambora slides with diamond and shell inlaid ends above nicely figured top with rosewood and satinwood inlaid edge above lower case housing doors and drawers the center lower of which is a very nice deep drawer for storage. The case rests atop six inlaid carved and tapered legs. H48 1/2" W80" D29" Sold from the collection of Jean and Steven Rothrock of Georgetown, South Carolina.
