Description
A Russian early Soviet military badge representing the Fourth Soviet Infantry Petrograd Command Courses of the Red Army. The badge features a laurel wreath on the right and oak leaves on the left, both traditional symbols of victory and strength. In its upper half, there is a red enameled five pointed star adorned with the letters of the abbreviation RSFSR on its rays. The center of the star is white and depicts a plough and a hammer. Between the rays of the star, there are thin lines diverging from the center, forming a rosette, adding an intricate detail to the design. In the lower half of the badge, a composition of a crossed rifle, an officers checker, a signal trumpet, and a drum.
