Nice Samson bronze mounted Wucai potpourri jar, 19th c., France, in the manner of the Marchand-Mercier, polychrome enameled Kangxi style porcelain, decorated with panels of flowering plants alternating with groups of auspicious objects, with openwork gilt bronze color between lid and mouth, raised on a gilt bronze wreath raised on paw feet, red enamel "PD" mark to underside, approx. 18"h x 10"dia
